Welcome to Kalumbering. By accessing or using our free service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

1. Nature of the Service

Kalumbering provides client-side file conversion tools. The service operates entirely within your web browser. We do not offer cloud storage, server-side processing, or file hosting. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind.

2. User Rights and Responsibilities

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Kalumbering strictly in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You are solely responsible for the legality of the files you convert locally using our interface. We do not monitor your files as they stay on your device.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kalumbering or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service. Use the tools at your own discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding files converted by users), features, codebase, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kalumbering and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Kalumbering.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with international digital laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
